0xBund Terms of Service

Last updated May 2025

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any part of the 0xBund website, Telegram bot, dashboards, APIs or related tools (together, the Services), you confirm that you (a) have read and agree to these Terms of Service (Terms), (b) are at least 18 years old, and (c) have authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you act. If you disagree, please do not use the Services.

2. Key definitions

  • 0xBund – the online platform available at 0xbund.com and associated channels.
  • Listed Tokens – meme or community tokens spotlighted by the platform.
  • Wallet – a self-custody wallet you control, or an optional hosted wallet
  • Restricted Jurisdictions – the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, and any country or person on UN, OFAC or EU sanctions lists.
  • User Content – any data, code, text or feedback you submit through the Services.

3. Jurisdictional reach

The Services are made available globally via the internet but are not intended for users in Restricted Jurisdictions. By using the Services you confirm that you are not located in, and will not make the Services available to anyone located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction.

4. What the Services provide

0xBund is a data visualisation and routing interface that

  • surfaces blockchain metrics such as trending tokens, wallet flows and social-media mentions;
  • lets you connect or create a Wallet and send swap orders to third-party DEX aggregators;
  • offers a copy-trading module that only executes transactions when you set explicit parameters.

The platform does not give investment advice or guarantee performance. For hosted Wallets, you remain the beneficial owner and bear all blockchain-related risks.

5. Entertainment-only tokens

Listed Tokens exist for entertainment and experimentation. They carry no dividends, governance rights or other utility, and should not be purchased with an expectation of profit. Native assets such as SOL or ETH may be required solely to pay blockchain fees.

6. Fees

Current service fees are shown in-app and may change without prior notice. Fees are deducted automatically from each transaction. External network fees (gas, slippage, priority fees) are outside 0xBund’s control.

7. Sanctions and KYC

0xBund itself does not run a KYC programme. If you create a hosted Wallet, identification checks may be required and access may be suspended if requested by that provider, a court or a competent authority. 0xBund may, at its absolute discretion, request information, freeze or close a Hosted Wallet if required by law, court order, competent authority or sanctions screening. You confirm that neither you nor your beneficial owners (if applicable) are on any sanctions list, and that your use of 0xBund is not in breach of, and would not render 0xBund in breach of, any applicable laws.

8. Privacy

0xBund collects (a) public blockchain data and (b) limited technical metadata such as your Telegram user-ID and browser type. This information is used only to operate, secure and improve the Services and to comply with law. It is not sold or rented. Continued use of the Services is deemed consent to this processing.

9. Your responsibilities

Secure your Wallet and credentials, provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, and use the Services only for lawful purposes.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • deploy unauthorised bots or scrapers;
  • interfere with or overload the Services;
  • use the Services for money-laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation or other unlawful activity;
  • upload content that infringes third-party rights;
  • attempt to access another user’s Wallet or private keys.

11. Third-party services

Routing and settlement are carried out by independent third parties. Their terms apply to you directly, and 0xBund is not responsible for any loss arising from their services or smart-contract failures. 0xBund does not insure against hacking, system failure or unauthorised access in relation to hosted Wallets and you bear all resulting risk.

12. Intellectual property

All 0xBund code, logos and content remain the property of 0xBund or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and interact with the Services for personal or internal business use only. User Content remains yours, but you grant 0xBund a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and improving the Services.

13. Feedback

If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant 0xBund the right to use them for any purpose without compensation.

14. Blockchain risks

Using blockchain tech involves risks including price volatility, smart-contract bugs, network congestion, consensus failures, private-key loss and regulatory changes. You bear these risks alone.

15. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, security, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You rely on them at your own risk.

16. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0xBund’s aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (i) USD 1,000 or (ii) the fees you paid to 0xBund in the twelve months before the claim. 0xBund is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

17. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless 0xBund and its contributors from any claim, damage or expense arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. 0xBund may suspend or terminate access without notice if it believes you have breached these Terms. Clauses that logically survive termination do so.

19. Dispute resolution

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Rules in force at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted.

  • Seat of arbitration: Singapore.
  • Tribunal: one arbitrator appointed by SIAC.
  • Language: English.
  • Each party bears its own costs.

Class-action or collective proceedings are waived.

20. Changes

0xBund may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
